A huge shoutout to this person right here, Jennel Youssef. She's a realtor with eXp Realty and our friend and she helped us sell our house in Abbotsford before moving to Nanaimo. She went above and beyond to make the deal happen, even when they wanted extensions (a little nerve wrecking). When we moved to Nanaimo and our house sat vacant for a month she went to make sure everything was ok a number of times. She talked us down off ledges and made sure that we were ok with literally everything. A massive thanks to you, my friend. You made this whole process as smooth as could be and we are thankful that you were in our corner and had our backs. I'd highly recommend her! Love you my friend.

Throughout the past several months, Jennel has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to push me to the side even when she was working with her own clients, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decisions for my clients. I was over joyed when I found that I was going to have a female mentor. But what I didn't expect was the amount of support and understanding I was going do receive from Jennel. I would say that Jennel is really gifted with people. From my experience with her I can see that she is not only a mentor but a real life coach as well. She brings her skills and life experiences into how she relates to me and makes it very constructive. I have felt so blessed and very relieved having met Jennel.
